What is the best memory of your karateka career, so far?

‘My best memory is fighting with Alton Brown and the other seniors at the last English Championships in the men’s team category. It was such a great atmosphere and we were all cheering for each other.’

What is the secret to becoming a karate champion?

‘Hard work, dedication and a good support group.
