In the interview with Marie Claire’s Tracy Ramsden, Alex explained the sports science behind LISS Cardio and compared it to other training techniques. He described the type of exercise involved and, importantly, whether it actually does any good!
‘It’s great for improving recovery if you’ve done a lot of high-intensity exercise,’ says Adams. ‘It also buffers stress and promotes blood flow. Plus, it keeps your metabolic activity steady and intake of oxygen balanced.’
